Being creative, coordinating colors, and the other aspects of the design have always been a passion of mine. Having spent many years as a buyer, developing products, and working in upper management of a major retail chain, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many talented people who helped further develop my own calling in the design business. Coming from a family of skilled artists, color and design have always come easily to me. I am the youngest of ten children and grew up in Spring Lake Park, Minnesota. St. Michael became my home in 1995 after marrying and starting a family.
After advancing through retail sales and management and traveling throughout the United States for many years, it was time to slow down and spend time with my two sons. Both of whom are now in college at NDSU paving their own career paths. With time I made the decision to pursue my dreams by earning degrees from the New York School of Design and the New York School of Photography. In addition, I became a certified home stager and color consultant.
I am grateful and blessed to be able to do what I love each and every day. When not working or spending time with family and friends, I can be found outdoors enjoying the birds, flowers, sunrises, sunsets, and anything to do with nature. I try not to go anywhere without my camera. You never know when the chance to capture that perfect photo will arise!
