St. Michael, MN Lower Level Home Redesign

St. Michael Home

This is a home in St. Michael that is being completely redone. We started in the basement since that is where the kids are most often. This is a home that had a small shower. We completely changed the plumbing, made it a walk - in shower, expanded it by 3 feet, and updated it.

The basement is a walkout, which is not a good idea to put carpet by when coming in from the patio. So, it was changed to LVP, which stands up to most anything! Durable, easy to clean, looks great, and is timeless. The bedrooms are always warmer and nicer with carpet so that was replaced.
